About the event

In this session, we will continue to look at the Base Gateway, which relates to insomnia, anxiety, fibromyalgia, depression, etc., and discuss:-

  1. What you found easy or challenging about the recommended self-help tools and techniques shared from our previous session; and
  2. Deeper exploration of daily stressors connected with this gateway and how to eliminate or reduce them.

Wellness sharing is intended to educate and inspire you to live a well balanced life and provide you with access to information that helps you stay committed to wellness, health and healing.

Your Investment

Wellness sharing is a complimentary part of Spinal Flow Technique treatment package when you commit to a series of Spinal Flow sessions ("Commitment to Heal" bundled sessions) based on your individualised plan. Remember to insert your coupon code (sent directly to you) to enjoy a complimentary ticket. As our aim to share wellness and balanced living with as many people as possible, "Commitment to Heal" clients are encouraged to invite two guests with absolutely no additional costs!

For others who are not our Commitment to Heal clients, there is a nominal investment of $10 per entry which allows you to bring an additional guest.
