As the founder of RealEase and a certified Spinal Flow Technique practitioner, Rowena is passionate about empowering her clients to transform their life towards life-long wellness and health. Rowena’s approach involves building trust and partnering closely with her clients to address their sleep issues, digestive issues, pain or stiffness, slip discs and other health issues.
Andria Kok Clinical Hypnotherapist
Andria is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She obtained an advanced certificate in clinical hypnosis and behavioural change. Her work focuses on weight management, stress and anxiety management, insomnia and improving confidence and self-esteem.
Puja Bansal Nutritional Therapist
Puja is a Registered Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, UK. She works with clients of all ages to enable their health and wellness goals with an emphasis on “food centric” therapies and supplementation with Nutraceuticals. Puja also empowers them in making these necessary changes to their diet and lifestyle through motivational interviewing and behavior change.
